Francoise Nielly...

This is the artist Francoise Nielly from south of France. She creates vibrant and expressive portraits which give the pieces a really nice character. I managed to see some of her work in a gallery in Barcelona and in the flesh they look even better. The colours stand out yet blend really well and the texture are beautiful.

A few progress pictures from the 5050 affordable art show which I was involved in last week in 10 feet talls basement, thanks to Chris for organising this was a really successful night, cant wait for the next one !

Kofie...

Found out about Kofie on JUXTAPOZ and REVOK'S blog with the custom iphone cases. What really attrachted me to his work was its complexcity of lines, shapes and textures as they really complement each other, giving the impression of old technical drawings and blueprints.
